8. Acceptable Use Policy
Using the Service for any prohibited or illegal purpose is not allowed. Forbidden activities involve, among others:

- Sharing your account credentials.
If this policy is violated, your account could be shut down right away, and no refund will be issued.
9. Intellectual Property & Copyright
As a service provider, Nexus4kTV IPTV doesn't create, host, or maintain content. We enable access to streams already available online. It's the User's duty to confirm compliance with local copyright regulations.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Without any warranties, the Service is provided "as is." We do not promise 100% uptime or the constant availability of all channels. Nexus4kTV IPTV will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from using or being unable to use the Service.
11. Termination
At any time, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without warning if your conduct violates these Terms & Conditions or is detrimental to our Service or other users.
